About my name

In German, I pronounce my name as [ˈmaː.nu.ɛl ˈlɪp.ʃtaɪ̯n], although [ˈliːp.ʃtaɪ̯n] would be etymologically more accurate. With non-Germans, I prefer the Spanish pronunciation [maˈnwe̞l ˈlip.ste̞i̯n].

And well, I dislike the very German [ˈmaː.nu.(ʔ)eːl].

The Chinese transcription is 曼纽尔·利普斯坦 Mànniǔ'ěr Lìpǔsītǎn. My Thai name is มนู [má nūː].
